1To play PS5 games on your iPhone using Remote Play, follow these steps:
Set Up Your PS5 for Remote Play:
On your PS5, go to Settings - System - Remote Play and toggle Enable Remote Play to ON.
Ensure your PS5 is connected to the internet (wired connection preferred for stability).
Set up Rest Mode for remote access: Go to Settings - System - Power Saving - Features Available in Rest Mode and enable Stay Connected to the Internet and Enable Turning On PS5 from Network.
Download the PS Remote Play App:
On your iPhone, download the free PS Remote Play app from the iOS App Store.
Sign in with the same PlayStation Network (PSN) account used on your PS5.
Connect Your iPhone to the PS5:
Open the PS Remote Play app on your iPhone and tap Sign In to PSN.
Select PS5 as the console to connect to. The app will search for your PS5 on the same network or via the internet if it’s in Rest Mode.
If prompted, enter the code displayed on your PS5 under Settings - System - Remote Play- Link Device.
Configure Controller:
Use a compatible controller, such as a DualSense or DualShock 4, paired with your iPhone via Bluetooth:
Go to Settings- Bluetooth on your iPhone, press the Share and PS buttons on the controller until the light bar flashes, and select the controller to pair.
Alternatively, use the on-screen touch controls in the Remote Play app, though a physical controller is recommended for better gameplay.
Start Playing:
Once connected, your PS5’s screen will stream to your iPhone. Navigate the PS5 menu and launch any installed game to play remotely.
Adjust streaming quality in the Remote Play app (tap the gear icon) to prioritize resolution (up to 1080p) or frame rate, depending on your internet speed.
