To turn off pop-up notifications while watching videos on your PS4 console, follow these steps:
Turn on your PS4 and go to the home screen. Scroll up to the top menu and select Settings, the toolbox icon. In the Settings menu, scroll down and choose Notifications. Select Pop-Up Notifications. You’ll see options to customize them—uncheck the box next to Display Pop-Up Notifications to turn them off completely.

Alternatively, if you want some notifications but not during videos, uncheck specific types like Trophies or Messages instead.
For extra control during video playback, press and hold the PS button on your controller to bring up the Quick Menu. Select Notifications and toggle them off there for a temporary fix while watching.
