How to Join a PS5 Party Chat using Phone with PS APP (100% Works!)
2To join a PS5 party chat using the PlayStation App on your phone, follow these steps:
Download and Install the PlayStation App: Get the free PlayStation App from the iOS App Store or Google Play Store and sign in with your PlayStation Network (PSN) account.
Open the App: Launch the PlayStation App on your Android or iPhone.
Access Game Base: Tap the Game Base icon (speech bubble) in the top-left corner of the app’s home screen to open the Messages menu.
Join a Party:
For an Existing Party: In the Messages menu, tap the Parties tab, select the party you want to join, and tap the Voice Chat icon (headset) in the top-right corner. Then, tap Start Voice Chat to join. You’ll see a dropdown showing who’s already in the chat.
For a Single Friend: Tap the Friends icon (two square smiley faces in the top-right corner), select the friend’s username, tap the Voice Chat icon (headset), and then tap Start Voice Chat.
Manage Audio: Ensure your phone’s microphone and speakers are enabled, or use a headset for better audio quality. You can adjust settings within the app if needed.
If you receive a party invite, a notification will appear in the app. Tap it and select Join or Request to Join for closed parties, then wait for the party owner’s approval. You can also scan a QR code or use a shared party link to join via the app.
