How to View your Wallet Balance on PS4 & See Money on Account
2There are a couple of primary ways to view your wallet balance on your PS4 console:
1. Through the PlayStation Store (Easiest Method)
This is generally the quickest and most direct way to see your funds.
From the PS4's home screen, navigate to the PlayStation Store icon (it's the shopping bag icon).
Open the PlayStation Store.
Once the store loads, go to the top menu bar.
Navigate to the shopping cart icon (usually on the far right).
Select the shopping cart.
Even if your cart is empty, you should see your current wallet balance displayed, typically in the top right corner of the screen, or just under the "Subtotal" if you have items in your cart.
2. Through Account Information
You can also find your wallet balance in your account settings, though it involves a few more steps.
From the PS4's home screen, go to Settings (the toolbox icon on the top row).
Select Account Management.
Choose Account Information. You might be prompted to enter your password again for security.
Select Wallet.
Here, you'll find options to add funds, manage payment methods, and you should also see your current wallet balance displayed.
