How to Place a Password on PlayStation Store Purchases using PS4 Console
To put a password on PlayStation Store purchases using your PS4 console, you need to enable the "Require Password at Checkout" setting. When this is active, you'll have to enter your PlayStation Network (PSN) account password every time you attempt to make a purchase from the PlayStation Store.
Here's how to enable it:
Enable "Require Password at Checkout" on PS4 🔒
From the PS4 home screen, go to "Settings" (the toolbox/briefcase icon).
Select "Account Management."
Choose "Account Information." You may need to enter your PSN password at this point for security verification.
Scroll down and select "Wallet."
Select "Purchase Settings."
You'll see an option called "Require Password at Checkout." Select this option.
A prompt will appear. Choose "Yes" to enable the feature.
Once enabled, any future purchases made from the PlayStation Store using that PSN account on your PS4 (or any other device where you're signed in with that account) will require you to enter your PSN password before completing the transaction
