How Turn Off PS5 with Phone using PlayStation APP (Best Method)

The process involves first waking the console from Rest Mode and then using the app's features to put it back into Rest Mode or turn it off completely.
Part 1: PS5 Console Setup
You must first enable the necessary settings on your PS5 to allow remote access.
On your PS5, go to Settings (the gear icon).
Select System.
Choose Power Saving, then select Features Available in Rest Mode.
Make sure that both Stay Connected to the Internet and Enable Turning On PS5 from Network are toggled to the On position.
Go back to the System menu and select Remote Play.
Ensure that Enable Remote Play is turned On.
