1J.J. Squawkers (1993) by Athena/Able is is definitely an unforgettable experience of the run and gun (throw?) genre in a beautifully grotesque world. Definitely such sights as here are hard to find in other games. Only colleagues from the Far East have imagination rich enough to put something like this together..... and kudos to them for that. The game introduces us to the adventure of two parrots whose task is to take revenge for the destruction of their house :D hahah literally a group of weasels come to them at night and throw grenades at their house while they are still inside sleeping. Something beautiful indeed. The game is a typical example of a run and gun game but distinguished by its fantastic design. Once we are on some farm, then somewhere in space....... well it's hard to really describe these locations to do them justice. You just have to see it for yourself. The game is very playable and full of action, I must even admit that for me and a colleague it was undoubtedly a great surprise. Definitely for us it's one of the more interesting games that we had no idea about at all. We highly recommend it .
