Shadow Fighter (Amiga) Toni Playthrough / it was an unexpected turning point at the end...great game
Shadow Fighter (1994) by N.A.P.S team is One of the best 1v1 brawlers on the system. I will admit that I always liked this game, as a kid. A large number of characters, many special attacks, large and nicely animated character sprites good music.....no this is for a one-button title a really good game that Amiga players need not be ashamed of. I don't know what the game is about just that there is a tournament and that's it. Unfortunately the balance in championship mode is nonsense. Opponent controlled by computer can destroy us sometimes in 3 accurate hits which is absurd because to win we have to inflict more than 10~15 hits .... literally mind blow. Apparently, the creators had no idea on how to balance the difficulty level and quickly increased the cpu damage from round to round. The game is really hard and its passage was not easy. A few moves of individual characters are also exaggerated and unfair to the rest, but you can turn a blind eye to it. Sometimes it seems to me that I do some combination responsible for a special attack, but nothing happens after it and only after a few attempts it works, I do not know maybe it's the fault of programming or maybe it's my fault, I do not know exactly. In general, I highly recommend and encourage you to try it, because it's hard to find a better one-button fighter 1v1.
