13GunForce (1991) by Irem is one of the most unfair shoot'em ups I have ever encountered. I'll start right away with the difficulty level because it deserves a headline. This game is a living example of draining the wallet of cash from every potential player. Each of our arcade game gameplays is recorded without any preparation so that the potential player realizes how unfair these games can be... especially for people who once had to pay for them. This game doesn't give a damn and from the very beginning it sends horde after horde at us in order to polish our wallet into nothingness. It's just crazy... you almost feel like your character is handicapped in relation to what's going on around you. Even vehicles, in most cases, are just half-assed vehicles that only seem to increase your firepower, but limit your maneuverability... and then? You guessed it....you're an easier target. Situations on the platforms are also a bit paranoid when suddenly enemies on the shelves above and below you are attacking and shooting from all sides... and there are also bastards flying in from the sides on jetpacks. I haven't been so pissed off in a long time... I also feel sorry for those who had to pay for this game. My friend has a similar opinion and in fact halfway through the game he stopped trying because he said it didn't make sense... and I'm honestly not surprised. Kudos to him for wanting to end this shit at all. You may like the game, it has decent graphics, good sounds, a lot is happening on the screen, etc. but in general the graphics seem to be, how should I say it? Uninspiring, bland... maybe I'm nitpicking because I don't like this game, but that's exactly the impression we got. Overall, I don't recommend it because it's a rough experience... and it lasts about 16 minutes and consumes almost 50+ tokens :D only for hardcore players. Fuck this game.....
