King's Bounty: Crossworlds (Gameplay #2)
Without a doubt, the single most satisfying expansion-related addition to the King's Bounty formula is the ability to fly. The sense of empowerment that comes from suddenly being able to take to the skies - after countless hours of slowly traversing the game world on foot (or horseback, as it were) - is gratifying indeed, and can perhaps only be compared to the intense joy of acquiring a similar skill in Might & Magic VI. Not having to constantly lure powerful enemies away from treasures takes away a lot of the frustration of the KB gameplay, and the otherwise time-consuming task of picking up nice shiny stuff on the newly discovered continent of Elon can now be handled in a matter of minutes.
Still, as much of a difference as this new gameplay mechanic makes it doesn't seem overpowered since the developers have made sure that the most important, quest-specific loot can't be "airlifted" in the same way as the regular chests, scrolls and magic crystals.
