Let’s Play BG2 EE #12: I Object!
156This video is little shorter then normal due to difficulties during the recording session. It does happen sometimes and I can only apologise for it and hope that the extra-long video that preceded it will make up for it.
With Dorn in our party, we have only two people that aren’t of evil alignment remaining with Terri. Which one will be the last to leave the group remains to be seen, but right now we must focus on the task Dorn’s patron has given him, the death of a certain person in the High Hall of the Radiant Heart. The location itself is somewhere that you’ll do quite a few quests in if you’re of good alignment, more-so if you’re a paladin. We’re neither of those things however, so stepping foot inside with the evil intent Dorn has will certainly be interesting.
Having never played with Dorn in my party before, I had no idea what to expect upon taking on his quest but I must say that I could never have expected what the game threw at me. All I’ll say is that things are going to get hilariously silly before they get absurdly bloody and while I fully expected the later, the former manages to steal the show completely with even more possibilities to do so that I didn’t peruse. So far I’m certainly seeing a different side to a game I love by playing an evil party and I have to say that I’m enjoying it tremendously. Let’s hope that the game continues to impress and show me many new things like this.
