The world stands poised for a huge conflict. Two factions vie for power in the world; the Global Defence Initiative and the Brotherhood of NOD, each with their own objectives and using their own methods. Able to mobilise large and sophisticated military forces, war is inevitable. Perfectly positioned to be a commander for either side, your effect in the coming battles will be critical. You will decide which side prevails, if the GDI can stop NOD from becoming a new world order or if NOD will gain the power they so desperately seek to attain.

It's time to take command and with your forces, conquer. If you're really lucky, you might even get a kill with a technician... but I wouldn't place much hope in that.
