The fight has been long and difficult, but the end is in sight. There aren’t many more weapons for us to take out and once we’ve dealt with all of them, the mothership will be powerless to harm Earth. They’ll have to return back to their home planet defeated and I’m sure their commander won’t appreciate that. From what we’ve learned the vorticons are being mind controlled by a sinister and evil person that has a grudge against humanity and Earth. Who is this person and what could we have done that would make them so angry?

We don’t have time to think about that however for no sooner have we stopped the mothership, we’ll be off on one more adventure. The voritcons need to be freed and the one controlling their minds stopped once and for all. Will we triumph or will our adventure end in spectacular failure? Ignoring the fact that there are more games which implies that we win and my lack of skill with this game, we’ll move on to the final chapter of this story and the final showdown.

I’d like to think that the final part of the game won’t be as difficult as this one was and won’t add more mechanics like this one did but I imagine I’ll be pleasantly disappointed. They often save the most difficult things till last, after all.
