0Get ready to see me die nonstop for 30 minutes, because that’s exactly what you’ll be seeing as we tackle Stormy Ascent, a level that was actually cut from the original game for being too difficult. Let that sink in for a second- the developers who created the likes of The High Road, Road to Nowhere, and Slippery Climb and thought that they weren’t too bad removed a level from the game that they had actually finished on the grounds that it would be too difficult for players to complete. Heck, the developers of this game were well-aware of this fact on account of how the tip for the level’s loading screen simply wishes the player good luck and tells them that they’re going to need it.
Nevertheless, through the power of sheer determination and persistence, we manage to complete Stormy Ascent. Afterwards, I do some time trials before showing off the secret 100% ending.
In regards to my next playthrough, the first episode will be uploaded this Friday, 5/21/21. Though in the meantime, I will be uploading a mashup tomorrow, 5/20/21, that features a song from the next game I’ll be covering. Though speaking of my next playthrough, you’ll be glad to know that while configuring my recording settings for the game, I figured out why my mic was sounding so horrible. Apparently, microphones don’t sound all too good at 100% intensity. As such, starting with the first episode of this new playthrough, you’ll notice a big improvement with the audio.
