169This is a blind playthrough. Kindly avoid posting spoilers in the comments or solutions to puzzles either in this video or future ones so as not to spoil the experience for me or those that haven’t seen the game before.
Our progress through the game so far has been relatively swift. Most of this has been because we’ve been facing early game opponents who are programmed to be easier to face; they deploy defences suboptimally, choose bad routes and have courses which are quick to learn and relatively uncomplicated. Now that we’re well and truly in the midgame, however, the opponents are going to start to become more tricky and ultimately, they and their courses are going to be more specialised.
This means that are general tactics aren’t going to work so well, forcing us to adapt to the level and the routes our opponent takes through them. We also need to watch out for their special boulder which will no doubt be tailor-made for the level in question, putting us at a disadvantage. Failure is likely in these situations but not get disheartened, for it is through failure that we learn best.
