Regis' mystery helper turns out to be a colleague from his past, Nina: an unscrupulous scientist with big plans. She and her Illuminati clique all want Central out of the way, and one of them sheds some light on Central's suspicious behavior. However, the dinner party gets interrupted by a suicide bombing - and only those present knew about the meeting. With Regis as the only outside party, it falls to him to investigate and find the mole, in exchange for the whereabouts of the Mindjacker. The bomber didn't leave much to work with, so we start with their disguise and go from there.

The restaurant has its own twists and turns, not least of which is a menu of cloned human flesh; perfectly legal in Newton, if taboo in polite society. More annoyingly, the place seems to love convoluted puzzles, 'cause boy do we have an adventure just trying to get a light source.
