I picked this game up from the Racial Justice bundle from itch.io.

You are an old woman. You live on a tiny farm in the middle of a desert. You have goats, chickens, and mushrooms. You are alone, and seemingly content. You live out your days tending to your little farm and just... existing. Sometimes you get letters from your family, others that grew up on this farm with you. That is The Stillness of the Wind, and it's... pretty good, actually.

The game mechanics revolve almost entirely in setting up a routine and sticking to it. You have to manage the farm in order to keep the goats fed, so that you can get milk from them to make cheese, which is a staple food. There are also mushrooms you can forage, but trekking out to get them will eat up your day. You can also farm when you come across seeds, which then need watering. There's a mailman/shop dude that you get your letters from, as well as items to trade. It's straight-forward, but easy to get messed up if you break routine.

There is some sort of larger narrative in the game, but I didn't get to unlock a lot of it in my limited time. The game hands you bits of the world through the letters your family sends you, and you slowly start to get a better grasp of the wider world. It's an interesting play with the isolation your character operates in. It's a relaxing game, and reflective. There's something satisfying about working the routine, and then eating dinner while you read your letter(s) and books.

I'd give the game a try if you want something akin to a quiet, contemplative Harvest Moon.
