Nintendo just announced that they will be making a live action Legend of Zelda movie. That news by itself is crazy enough, but to make things even weirder, the movie is being co-financed by Sony, who will also be handling the theatrical distribution of the film.

In the news release, Nintendo said they want to continue their efforts to produce unique entertainment and deliver it to as many people as possible.

Besides this announcement that the film will be produced, there’s not a whole lot of info about this project yet. But I'll definitely be making update videos as we learn more.
