PlayStation Portal & DualSense Controller Comparison
168The PlayStation Portal is obviously based on the design of the DualSense controller. But there are actually some interesting differences between the two.
The D-pad and face buttons are identical, as far as I can tell. Same with the shoulder buttons.
The side profiles are the same, but, interestingly, the curved accent on the inside is thinner and tapers more on the Portal.
The PlayStation home button is also a little smaller, and the microphone button is slightly thinner and more elongated.
The biggest change is to the thumb sticks, which are much smaller on the Portal. They’re very similar in diameter to the Joy-Con thumb sticks, but have a lot more travel than Joy-Con.
