Mario Kart 8 - Aug 25 15 B
And I know I haven't put up most of these non-DLC courses in a while, so I hope it's a nice change of pace for you to, those of you who follow my videos.
I know YouTube Gaming just got started just now, though I'm not really a streaming kind of person, so I'll pass on that for now. YouTube Classic is also more recognizable and the thing people look for first.
Race #5
3DS DK Jungle
I got hit with a lot of items here. Over time, some players learn to become more savvy with items, probably because they have quite an important role in every race. Over a similar period of time, I didn't see many people getting more savvy with items in Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed. They'd just use them as soon as they got them. I remember putting up a topic about how to better use items in SASRT's official boards, and while I got some compliments from some, some others chewed me out. Those guys just don't want to improve at something they're not into, I guess. Sucked to be them when I would repeatedly hit them with Ice and they'd crash into my Blowfish. They say they played SASRT to get away from the item-centric Mario Kart games, but if they ever got into the same room as me, I took my item hell to them.
Race #6
3DS Cheep Cheep Beach
The Steel Driver has an advantage in this course (and Dolphin Shoals), as, not surprisingly, it has oneof the largest stat boosts when traveling underwater. As a result, this race got kind of boring after a bit. However, I've kept this one because this is the match where my VR reached 7000.
Race #7
Excitebike Arena
Positions don't go up quickly, but they sure go down quickly in Excitebike Arena! (I went back to a DLC room to see how it's like.)
Race #8
GCN Baby Park
This always seems to be a favorite. I'm getting sick of it pretty bad too. It used to be an exciting, frenetic course, but whenever it comes up, like two-thirds of the room chooses it. I guess that's because even people who lose a lot are likely to place well here.
