Dot Arcade - Mr. Snake

With this device, you may enjoy any of three games to be played on your color-compatible home Television Set cabinet, no quarters necessary. By purchasing Dot Arcade™, you can actually play it, but you may still enjoy viewing these games, and much more, on the YouTube in full Turbo-Progressive Resolution.
Dot Arcade™ is a collection of three TV game programs: "Mr. Snake," "Dodge Club," and "Rally Driver." For your convenience, this journey through Dot Arcade™ shall comprise of three YouTube Video Sequences, each focusing on one of its TV game programs. While there may be more TV game programs in the near future, these three are available to you right now. Included with this description is the YouTube Video Sequence for "Mr. Snake."
In "Mr. Snake," become a galactic snakeback rider and gobble up as many cosmic gem fruits as you can! But watch out for the tumbling asteroids, which can put a premature end to Mr. Snake's day!
When the game begins, Mr. Snake (1) (yellow dot) will start moving upwards automatically. Use the Cross-Pad or the Joystick located on the Wii U™ GamePad to guide Mr. Snake left, right, up, or down towards the cosmic gem fruits (2) (green dot). Once Mr. Snake reaches a cosmic gem fruit, his snake will consume it and grow bigger and stronger, and you will gain 1 point. Beware though! The asteroids (3) (blue dots) will slowly come down from the top of the screen. If Mr. Snake hits any of these asteroids, his journey ends there!
TIP #1: Mr. Snake will take up more space as he collects more cosmic gem fruits. If he crashes into another part of his own snake, that spells the end for Mr. Snake too! Take caution not to let him corner himself!
TIP #2: The game program "Mr. Snake" uses a Wraparound structure. Should Mr. Snake wander too far to one side, don't worry! He will continue moving in that direction from the opposide side of the screen.
TIP #3: Is an asteroid about to collide with the middle of the snake? No problem! Only the frontmost segment will end your game if you crash into an asteroid or yourself. The rest of the snake will pass through the asteroid unharmed. Such an intersection is depicted with a (4) white dot.
TIP #4: However! Asteroids can also pass through cosmic gem fruits! When that happens, it is depicted with a (5) cyan dot. Wait until the coast is clear, because only a fool will try to eat cosmic gem fruit inside of an asteroid!
TIP #5: Hold down any Shoulder Button on the Wii U™ GamePad during the Main Menu to swap out the Pillarbox Decals! If you prefer Mr. Snake with another artist's style, then this tip is for you!
Dot Arcade™ features a Score Memory System that keeps track of all of your highest scores for all three game programs. The Score Memory System eliminates the need to write down on paper whenever you achieve a high score. It even retains those scores when the Wii U™ shuts down!
