We continue on with Peach's Birthday Cake, and one change that I really liked is the Goomba, where if you pay him coins, you get to take part in the Flower Lottery, and one of them is the winner, or so the Goomba says, the three take you to Koopa Troopa to get 10 coins, and the one is the winner that takes you to Bowser, and it is the shorter path to the Star. In the original Mario Party, the Goomba was before the Star, and three "loser" seeds take you to Toad to get the Star, so I do appreciate that change, and if you pull Bowser, the Flower Lottery resets instead of planting the remaining seeds.
Bowser will be on his own cake, and he will either give you a Cursed Dice Block for 11 to 20 coins when it normally costs 3 coins from the shop, or a Bowser Cake for 20 coins, which in this game is revealed to be made of rock, so it cannot be eaten. There is an Event Space before the shop which takes you straight to Koopa Troopa, so you can skip Goomba's Flower Lottery that way and take the safe path.
Minigames in this video:
Dungeon Dash
Pokey Pummel
Bounce 'n' Trounce
Coconut Conk
Coney Island
Bumper Balls
Skewer Scurry

Pokey Pummel is from Mario Party 7, this one has you using a hammer and knocking down as many of Pokey's segments as possible, and the winner is the one that knocks Pokey's head away, this is one minigame that I like in this game.
Coconut Conk is from Mario Party 3, it is a 1-vs-3 minigame where the one player is in a barrel and must roll around, while the other three players have to Ground Pound and hit the one player with coconuts, and the one in the barrel must try to avoid them.
Coney Island is a minigame from Mario Party 5, it takes place on a large Mario statue, and all players must try and catch as many scoops of ice cream as possible, and when your pile is bigger, your movements become much slower, and the player with the biggest ice cream cone at the end is the winner.
Bumper Balls in this game uses the variant from Mario Party 2, and there are three different levels, there is a platform surrounded by lava, the icy mountain, or on a floating island surrounded by water, and Bloopers will take away anyone that fall into the water. You must try and knock players off the course by bumping into them, each course has different challenges to them.
Skewer Scurry is one of few minigames from Mario Party 10 in this game, the one player is controlling the Skewers and choosing the direction they move, while the other three players have to try and avoid them, and one of the three players will get eliminated if they make contact with any Skewers.
