Mega Man X3 Minimalist Speed Run - Crush Crawfish

This is a segmented speed run through Mega Man X3, in it's entirety, under the following restrictions; no weapons, no upgrades, no damage sustained under any circumstance, and no use of Zero (outside of a forced section in the Intro Stage segment.)
This is a nice break from the terror of the last two segments. Crush Crawfish's stage is short, easy, boring, and a total waste of an interesting concept. Part of the issue is that you spend most of your stage on the actual docks, while the ship, the significantly more fun area conceptually is relegated to the last minute or so. The stage is also severely lacking in anything that can be considered a threat. Most of the enemies can be jumped over with little need to plan any specific movements. The one sort of troublesome area is the final area before we encounter the generator, and it's really only hard because of the over abundance of those annoying helicopter enemies. The boss follows the pattern of ramming and firing projectiles, and he move so slow that you'll probably lose an attempt to sheer boredom before his attacks start to pose any threat. Pretty disappointing, but it's also our last totally free stage, so prepare for the fall. Next up is Tunnel Rhino, twice as hard, twice as long, twice as boring.
