Toad Man is the probably the easier robot master to beat in the classic series. This stage is no mushroom kingdom though. Continue jump shooting against the rain until you get the edge so you take out any airborne enemies. Drop down and slide fast as you can. Just missing the three birds and closing up this final edge. Get one foot off and jump right for this underestimated jump. The charged buster was built in Mega Man 4 and they're alot of situations where I want to demonstrate its capabilities. So I decided on using it. If you don't want me using it, too bad. You should have started a dialogue in the comment section. Keep remember to slide and you've completed the most annoying section of the level. I wonder if they could have disable the charger through emulation. Could they have to disabled the holding down the fire button. I don't know I'm not a programmer but all the rest of you guys are clever enough. Why don't you enlightened the rest of the us in comment section. Would it be possible to disengage the charger only through emulation and not repromming the game. It can be tricky getting half off because you can't see your feet, but these just are a bit easier and require less precision then the first set. The problem is you gotta deal with the moving water. I don't think robots like water by the way. So all you adults out their buying those sexy robots don't put them in the bath with you unless it specifically says you can in the instructions. Consult with the seller if necessary. Where you watching what I was I doing there. I'm making an L-shape. Pay attention.
Alright it's the same story here, except you can't slide too far in either direction cuz of the water. You also won't fully jump underneath the water fall. I wonder how Mega Man's blue tooth still works? This next part the fish can respawn if you turn back so be careful and try never moving left. And if I released my charger a bit earlier I could have hit him. This jump is also usually overlooked, so treat it like you did that first jump. If you're having trouble with Toadman's level I understand, but you have no trouble beating him without taking damage. Here, for all you noobs I'll keep quiet for bit while you try figuring out the pattern. Notice anything Shoot and slide in, turn around, repeat. You have something like 3 seconds to hit him before his rain attack so if you're reaction time is that bad you should consider playing more video games, it helps.
