Megaman X Mavericks Final is a rpg fangame by maddrex77 set in the Megaman X universe. Included are remastered versions of the first three games and a brand new fourth chapter depicting events that happened after the third game.

Back at the shuttle base, the laser blocking way to a teleporter at the halfway point of the stage has been removed upon completion of Cyber Peacock's stage. Time to see what's behind it.

Enemy wise, this second portion of the stage features a mish mash of baddies, some of which don't appear until Magma Dragoon's stage. Some of them can hit hard (the fire based enemy from said Magma Dragoon's stage can hit for 500-600 damage).

As you approach the shop/save/map trifecta, heal the duo up to full as there's a boss to contend with here.

The boss in question? A rematch with a giant mech from X3's intro stage.

For this fight, there's three targets. Two are arms, the other is the head. All three parts use one attack and one attack only, but the combined damage alongside their speed (as fast as Cyber Peacock, if not a pinch faster) means you need to be on top of healing as it can be very easy to lose someone otherwise. You can knock out the arms if you wish first, but destroying the head will end this fight and that's what I do with repeated Double Cyclone spam.

After the battle, you get a free full heal. Beyond the next door? The item those crafty Mettaurs ran away with, but they're not here anymore so it's ours for the taking.

The rewards for it are as follows:

- 5 levels
- 50 each of Energy Tanks, WE Tanks, Special Tanks, and Antivirus Tanks
- 50k zenny

Yeah, pretty solid rewards overall. No need to worry about healing supplies for a very long time now. That 50k zenny goes towards the purchase of a Hands MkIV for Zero to cap out his attack.
