3Metal Slug: Super Vehicle-001 (1996) by Nazca Corporation is A legendary representative of shoot'em up games. It is at the very top of the genre's history alongside Contra and its contribution to shaping this faction of action games. Don't get me wrong but this game was everywhere, literally. Beautiful animation, unique satirical graphics full of detail, satisfying and fast-paced action full of explosions and big bosses, epic music and responsive controls ...... it couldn't fail. It is undoubtedly a hit that messed up in its day really hard in arcades but not only, as I even saw slot machines in pubs or even smaller restaurants. This is definitely one of the best and most common arcade games at the time, where every chip spent was undoubtedly worth the price and our time. Something beautiful indeed . Near perfection and must play for everyone.
