Minecraft 1.12 Single player JUNGLE RUIN TRANSFORMATION (Osiris season 2 - Striking out E7)
16In this Minecraft 1.12 Single Player episode we transform a Jungle ruin into something more elaborate and beautiful!
Welcome to Osiris season 2 - Striking out, a series where we play Minecraft 1.12 Single Player, currently on snapshot 17w14a! In this episode 7 (E7), we take the old jungle temple and transform it into a lovely jungle ruin, we also add The sunken arena and another much worse off jungle ruin!
This is a Minecraft 1.12 Single Player episode guys, so we're in the latest snapshot. We take a look at the minecraft dancing parrots, and the new minecraft colored beds as we go along!
This Minecraft 1.12 Single Player Jungle Ruin Transformation starts out by selecting a minecraft color palette, or block chart. We go with cobble, mossy cobble, diorite, andersite and smoothstone, jungle leaves and vines. Yes, diorite! We use diorite in this build to simulate rain water drying out and leaving chalk behind. So placement is crucial. We also discover that diorite behind vines looks amazing! :)
The next step of this Minecraft jungle ruin transformation is to expand the temple, making it look more like an inca ruin. We make Ziggurat like platforms around the temple, making sure it's still situated in the surrounding landscape. Then we clear out the inside and rebuild the stairs.
We make minecraft diagonal arches around the top of the minecraft jungle ruin, and they look great!
Next we create a very much worse off minecraft jungle ruin hidden in the forest. this catches your eye when you stand on top of the minecraft jungle ruin, much like a large rock.
Finally in this minecraft 1.12 single player episode we create a third minecraft jungle ruin, the sunken arena! The sunken arena is a circular ruin, a former arena, that has sunk into the ground over time, and is in disrepair. This minecraft jungle ruin will serve a purpose later on in the series :)
Season 2 of this Minecraft 1.12 Single Player is very exciting for me! I first decided to strike out around the new year, but was held back by the fact that we would have to haul so much gear. Then the shulker box was added and that proved to be the solution! Minecraft 1.12 Single Player is now changed due to the shulker box, and we can do things that were previously really tedious quite easily.
Minecraft 1.12 is a new update for Minecraft that introduces Parrots, Terracotta blocks, Concrete blocks and Concrete Powder blocks. It will probably have many more features in the future. Minecraft 1.12 Single Player is a variant of Minecraft 1.12 where I play in Survival and alone. It lends itself to creativity and a slightly harder gameplay as I can't take help of other Minecraft 1.12 players. Minecraft 1.12 Single Player is a fun way to play the game though!

This series is a Minecraft 1.12 Single Player series, we play Minecraft 1.12 Single Player currently on the snapshot 17w14a, the latest snapshot of Minecraft 1.12 (the colorful update). The news so far in Minecraft 1.12 the colorful update include Minecraft parrots, Minecraft Terracotta blocks, Minecraft Concrete Powder and Minecraft Concrete, all in all 48 new blocks! The Minecraft 1.12 snapshot 17w013b also have revamped the wool, carpet and banner colours, something I find really really good! The new Minecraft 1.12 carpet colour is just so vibrant and really pops! The big news in 17w14a is colored beds! The new minecraft colored beds also make you bounce :) Another very funny thing is that Minecraft parrots now dance when you play your Junkebox! :D
Looking to the future, we will follow along with the Minecraft 1.12 snapshots and Minecraft 1.12 pre releases, as soon as they seem stable enough. We will of course move on to any future versions as well. Minecraft 1.12 is not the end :)
