MiSTer FPGA - Capcom Sports Club (カプコンスポーツクラブ) [2 Player] / Capcom CPS-2 Arcade [BETA]
11Had a chance to try this with a buddy for the first time recently. Really fun and accessible game, with three different games selectable from the title screen- kind of a throwback to the older CPS-1 "Three Wonders". We gave all three a try in this video, with some of them getting multiple attempts for tie-breakers. We gave tennis another go at the end as well, since the other ones got so much more play, and tennis is equally as fun.
Probably not much excitement for solo players here, but if you have a chance give this a try in multiplayer. Even if you're not a big fan of sports games, these are very arcade-y takes on the selected events, like Arch Rivals, NBA Jam and the great Neo-Geo sports games like Baseball Stars, Super Sidekicks and Neo Turf Masters. Getting into them and having some fun is much easier for people who aren't particularly sports fans, or fans of sports games generally. Just fun & simple competitive action in this CPS-2 gem.
