MiSTer FPGA - Street Fighter II' Turbo: Hyper Fighting [Ken 1cc] / Capcom CPS-1 Arcade
Today I'm filling in a viewer request from "Sam" for Street Fighter 2 Turbo: Hyper Fighting. I had meant to make a video for this one when the core released to public but never got around to it with all the other happenings going on in the world of MiSTer. This was one of my most-played versions of SF2, though I am definitely a bit rusty after years of not playing it much.
This took me three tries to get a 1cc, getting shut down by E-Honda and Bison (Vega/Dictator) my first couple attempts. Thankfully the AI isn't busted like the following Super Street Fighter II/Turbo US releases, but I was doing round-robin on the different versions while I made attempts just to check for region differences in the process of recording. Ended up getting the 1cc on the JP release with Ken.
Got a couple two-player videos to post from around Halloween and then back to X68000 as I test further into that library. There's been a bit of a pause on that this past couple days due to work; thanks for your patience!
