4Trust issues are often the result of repeated experiences of pain, betrayal, family trauma, and difficult attachments -- such as codependency or traumatic bonding.
"Trust issues" are also a normal part of relationships and life which means you don't always have to have trauma to experience it.
But for most people, the process of trust can feel impossible.
Although it may seem difficult to move past having "trust issues," that doesn't mean it is impossible.
