I live stream 8-bit Nintendo games at least once a week, usually WedNESdays from 10–11 p.m. Eastern, and sometimes on Friday nights.

MINI-REVIEW: This is a clever, colorful, well-animated game. I like the concept behind it, but the controls are so frustrating — the A button doubles as a jump and fire button, depending on context, instead of, I don't know, assigning one to the A and B button like ALMOST EVERY OTHER NINTENDO GAME EVER. Controls are sluggish and it relies on trial and error to progress. As one commenter said, the game is "consistent in its inconsistency," in how enemies behave and affect Julius. It was difficult, even on Easy Mode, but not without its merits. Pro tip though: Turn on the Effects instead of Music. (Like jump and fire, you can only choose one at a time for some reason.)
