8In this Planet Nomads survival mode gameplay, I build a 3D printer to craft new items and I plant a solar beacon to help me locate my base in the event I stray too far away. Resource management becomes even more clear.

Time to learn from my mistakes and press forward! Now that I have enough materials to lay the frame for the base foundation, I simply need to use my gun tool to finish off the work so that the object becomes complete. With each new object I create, a new one unlocks from the building blocks menu. After creating the platform, I'm able to build the bio generator followed by a 3D printer. Both are items of necessity as they will assist me in the art of survival on this unknown planet.
Using resources collected from the wild, the 3D printer can craft additional building materials such as metal plating, basic frame, glass components, electronic parts, mechanical parts, composite parts, and fabric. The 3D printer crafts a quantity of items as set by the user within the allotted timeframe. The timer displays how long it will take to craft certain items. Additional items can be placed in queue if need be so that you can go about other tasks while waiting for products to finish printing.
A much needed solar beacon becomes unlocked as I craft more items from the building menu. Though it takes me a while to remember how to complete the build, it eventually sends a bright yellow beam straight up into the sky to mark the location of my home base, near my sleeping pod. A six-slot compact container can be used to hold overflow items or items you don't want to carry on your personal inventory.
A compact armory can be used to upgrade and strengthen personal items such as the jet pack, suit, multi-tool, weapons, and more. But first, I'll need to collect more resources from the surrounding area.
