3I actually wanted to put up the FrostyFest video for Splatoon 3, but I ran out of time. So to tide you over, here is this—hopefully, I’ll be able to complete the video by Tuesday, which will mean my Blueberry Prologue videos will be pushed to Wednesday through Sunday. I hope you’re okay with that.
As you can see, though I was able to catch Blaziken in short order bringing in Latias, I did see those people bringing in Miraidon, Iron Hands, and, in a baffling case, Frost Rotom. This being the first of the “Unrivaled” series events after Christmas, this is likely the result of a lot of people getting Pokémon Scarlet and/or Violet for Christmas and being way in over their heads. Though it’s straightforward enough to understand that people don’t expect Earthquake, bringing in something like Frost Rotom, who is weak to both of Blaziken’s standard types of Fire and Fighting, suggests someone thought this would be just like fighting a normal Blaziken with the Flying Tera type.
