Here are the team of Pokémon in this video, which was decided by the random number generator.
P1 Team: Sandslash, Electrode, Hitmonlee, Zubat, Ditto, Pikachu
CPU Team: Bulbasaur, Starmie, Rapidash, Jolteon, Pidgeot, Machoke

Then, I will list the moves for each Pokémon in battle, starting with my team.
Sandslash: Dig, Swift, Seismic Toss, Sand-Attack
Electrode: Thunder, Thunder Wave, Swift, Selfdestruct
Hitmonlee: Hi Jump Kick, Mega Kick, Metronome, Seismic Toss
Zubat: Confuse Ray, Mega Drain, Toxic, Double-Edge
Ditto: Transform
Pikachu: Thunderbolt, Slam, Thunder Wave, Seismic Toss

The CPU's team of Pokémon and moves.
Bulbasaur: Leech Seed, Toxic, Body Slam, Razor Leaf
Starmie: Surf, Thunder, Swift, Harden
Rapidash: Fire Blast, Stomp, Toxic, Fire Spin
Jolteon: Thunderbolt, Pin Missile, Toxic, Sand-Attack
Pidgeot: Mirror Move, Fly, Quick Attack, Sand-Attack
Machoke: Submission, Strength, Rock Slide, Focus Energy

The teams we both use have Pokémon of many different types, I have two Electric-type Pokémon, both have Thunder Wave, while the CPU has Pokémon that all have different types, none of them have the same type throughout the team.
We both led with Fighting-type Pokémon, I had Hitmonlee, and the CPU used Machoke, it was a good thing that I led with Hitmonlee, because the rest of the CPU team have Special moves, and Hitmonlee has a very low Special stat, Pidgeot is the only one that does not have a Special Attack, but it has the type advantage due to it being a Flying-type Pokémon.
Whenever I have a Thunder Wave user, like Electrode, I try and save it for when I need to use it, as Electrode is the fastest Pokémon in the game, and against Pokémon like Rapidash, Starmie, and Jolteon which have a high Speed stat, that is where paralysis comes in, Pikachu does have Thunder Wave, but it cannot take hits that well compared to Electrode.
There are some Pokémon that I like to try and save for a Pokémon that they have the best chance against, the best example is Zubat, where its only good matchup is against Bulbasaur, and it resists moves that the rest of my Pokémon have, and while I have Sandslash as an option for Jolteon, I usually try and give the other Pokémon a chance to take part in the battle and find ways to make them work instead of relying that much on type advantages.
