Here is the Master Ball difficulty for Prime Cup, and in this one, the Trainers are more difficult than the last few difficulty levels for Prime Cup. All Trainers use Level 100 Pokémon, and for the team that I selected, I chose Kadabra and Jynx for Psychic-types, Electrode and Zapdos for Electric-types, Electrode has Thunder Wave to help against some opponents. Rhydon was picked because of Earthquake and its type helps against some opponents, and I chose Vaporeon for the Water-type.

The Trainer take it a step up in difficulty, but the first three battles shouldn't be very hard if you have some good counters to them, but there are some moves to watch out for. Gambler uses the Horn Drill and Fissure strategy with moves that lower Speed, Birdboy uses all three of the Legendary Birds, Lab Man does prove to be a challenge, some of his Pokémon can inflict status conditions, and the real challenge is against Cool♂, he has Mew on his team, and he uses some of the most powerful Pokémon, like Snorlax, Rhydon, and Arcanine, and he has Electrode which can inflict paralysis with Thunder Wave. He does use that Mew everytime, and this can be a tricky opponent to take down because Mew has base 100 in every stat, and Psychic is one of the most overpowered types in the game, you can bring a Thunder Wave user to paralyze Mew, and have some Pokémon that can take on the rest of his team.
After completing the Master Ball difficulty in Prime Cup, all of the Pokémon that you used will be registered to the Hall of Fame, and you unlock Doduo GB Tower for completing the Master Ball difficulty on whichever cup you did first, this allows you to play the game at twice the speed, I don't know if ever they will add Pokémon Red, Blue, and Yellow to Game Boy - Nintendo Switch Online and if Pokémon Stadium will connect with those games.
