At the start of the video, there is a Mystery Gift event that is only live for one day, you get a Shiny Clefairy that has the Hidden Ability of Friend Guard and comes with an Eviolite, its moves are Follow Me, Icy Wind, Helping Hand, and Protect.
Then for this week's Surprise Trade, I will be trading Wooloo, and most of them have Fluffy, that is the preferred Ability on Wooloo, I didn't go with the Hidden Ability of Bulletproof, as Fluffy is already a good Ability on it. I breed for 31 IVs in at least 4 or 5 stats, and I went with Impish for the Nature, because with Fluffy, Wooloo can take contact hits very well, it is that good in the early game as most of the Pokémon in the early game have moves like Scratch or Tackle.
The Egg Moves it can learn are Stomp, Swagger, and Counter, I will list which parents in the Field Egg Group that can learn those moves.
Counter: G-Zigzagoon, G-Linoone, Lucario, Lycanroc (Midnight & Dusk), Mudbray, Mudsdale, Scorbunny, Raboot, Cinderace, Skwovet, Greedent, Obstagoon
Stomp: Ponyta, G-Ponyta, Rapidash, G-Rapidash, Rhyhorn, Rhydon, Whismur, Loudred, Exploud, Rhyperior, Mudbray, Mudsdale, Cufant, Copperajah
Swagger: G-Meowth, Tauros, Nuzleaf, Shiftry, Sealeo, Walrein, Shinx, Luxio, Luxray, Sandile, Krokorok, Krookodile, Scraggy, Scrafty, Beartic, Litten, Torracat, Incineroar, Perrserker

Those are some useful moves for the early game, Stomp being more powerful than Tackle, and Wooloo does come with Growl as a starting move. If ever someone was doing like a Surprise Trade challenge, Stomp on Wooloo can be really good in the early game until it learns Headbutt at Level 21.
Then to go over Wooloo's level up moves, it learns Defense Curl, Copycat, Guard Swap, Double Kick, Headbutt, Take Down, Guard Swap, Reversal, Cotton Guard, and Double-Edge, it evolves into Dubwool at Level 24, and it learns Last Resort through level up.
Next are TMs and TRs, and Wooloo doesn't learn too many moves, so I will be going over what Dubwool can learn, it can get Mega Kick, Thunder Wave, Rest, Facade, Bounce, Payback, and Retaliate for possible moves, and for TRs, it can learn Swords Dance, Body Slam, Agility, Substitute, Baton Pass, Zen Headbutt, Electro Ball, Wild Charge, and Body Press, and for Tutor moves, Dubwool learns Grassy Glide.
The Wooloo line are really useful when going through the main game, but in the competitive scene, Dubwool can be really tricky to use, its main use is Cotton Guard and Body Press, the downside is that it cannot do well against Ghost-type opponents. Once Dubwool has set up enough Defense boosts with Cotton Guard, it can deal massive damage with Body Press, or it can go with a Swords Dance and Baton Pass set, it can use Payback as an option to damage Ghost-type Pokémon, Thunder Wave can be good to have, and Substitute when it is against a Physical Attacker, that way it can safely set up Cotton Guard.
It is very tricky to use in Double Battles, and there are better options out there, but one strategy that Dubwool can use is Cotton Guard to boost its Defense, and use Guard Swap to give its Defense boosts to its teammate, but aside from that, Dubwool is in the lower tiers in the competitive scene, and its Cotton Guard strategy is kind of gimmicky.
Another set it can use is Rest and Sleep Talk, and its other moves are Cotton Guard and Body Press, it can use Payback instead of Sleep Talk if it needs a move to hit Ghost-types with. As with other Normal-types, Chansey, Porygon2, Snorlax, and many others outclass Dubwool, if a Pokémon can be good when going through the game, it is not going to be as good in online battles, because it is not easy to find a way to set up some boosts with Cotton Guard.
