I have decided to show the Blueberry League Elite Four in order based on their rank, and Crispin was the lowest ranked member, and the next one is Amarys, a user of Steel-type Pokémon. Her only interaction aside from the Blueberry League Elite Four is with Poppy, as she is also an Elite Four member and uses Steel-type much like Amarys. I don't whether or not to call the random people to show up Blueberry League Elite Four or part of the league, because Carmine was never part of the Blueberry League, and Kieran was formerly the Champion.
Here is Amarys's team, this is the same as she had back when we fought her at the Canyon Biome Plaza, and we did find out that she uses a Skarmory to take on the Flying Time Trial, and she uses Steel-type Pokémon and has ways to counter their weaknesses.
Skarmory: Stealth Rock, Dual Wingbeat, Body Press, Whirlwind (Rocky Helmet)
Alolan Dugtrio: Earthquake, Sucker Punch, Iron Head, Stone Edge (Focus Sash)
Scizor: Bullet Punch, Trailblaze, Pounce, Aerial Ace (Occa Berry)
Reuniclus: Trick Room, Protect, Energy Ball, Psychic (Leftovers)
Empoleon: Ice Beam, Hydro Pump, Flash Cannon, Grass Knot (Mystic Water)
Metagross: Hard Press, Ice Punch, Zen Headbutt, Brick Break (Expert Belt)

Amarys leads the fight with Skarmory, which can set up Stealth Rock and can use Whirlwind to make your Pokémon switch out to take damage from the rocks, and Alolan Dugtrio, which knows Earthquake and pairs well with Skarmory's Flying-type, and as Dugtrio has the Focus Sash, this will ensure that it can take at least one hit, same with Skarmory which has Sturdy. Skarmory does know Body Press, because that move uses its Defense stat to deal damage. Amarys has a Scizor that makes use of Technician, as all of its moves have 60 base power or lower, with Bullet Punch for priority, Trailblaze to boost its Speed, Pounce to decrease your Pokémon's Speed, and Aerial Ace which never misses, and it has an Occa Berry to reduce the damage done from Fire-type moves. Most of Amarys's team are very slow, the only exception is her Dugtrio which has very high Speed, her Reuniclus has Trick Room to ensure her Pokémon move first, and this pairs well with Empoleon, which can deal massive damage with Hydro Pump paired with the Mystic Water. For Amarys's last Pokémon, she Terastallizes her Metagross to a Steel Tera Type, powering up Hard Press, and this move is really powerful if the opponent is at full HP as the power of Hard Press is based on how much HP the opponent has remaining, if the opponent is at low HP, Hard Press has lower base power. Metagross does know Ice Punch to counter Ground-type Pokémon, and it has an Expert Belt to increase the power of super effective moves, and as Metagross isn't really that fast of a Pokémon, it is another Pokémon that can be tough if the Trick Room is still up. If I were to change Amarys's team, I would suggest that her Metagross knows Psychic Fangs as it is more accurate and has higher power than Zen Headbutt, while Hammer Arm can serve as the Fighting-type move and that way it can work well in Trick Room.
After the battle, Amarys teaches you the Finger Heart emote, which she claims to have learned that from Carmine, and on your third interaction, she will trade you a Skarmory, and what's special about Amarys's Skarmory is that it is in a Heavy Ball. It comes with the Partner Ribbon, giving it the title "Amarys's Skarmory", but other than that, there isn't really anything special about it as it comes with its level up moves and has a Lonely Nature, not the best for a Skarmory if you plan on using Body Press, the only thing special about it is the Heavy Ball that it is in, because they are very rare to come by.
