In order of the Blueberry Elite Four based on their rank, I take on Lacey, the second ranked member, or third if you count Kieran when he was Champion. Lacey uses Fairy-type Pokémon, and to go over interactions, aside from the other Blueberry Academy students, she can interact with Nemona, Penny, and Poppy.
Here is Lacey's team, it is the same as she had back when we fought her at the Coastal Biome Plaza, and her team of Fairy-type Pokémon can be tough opponents that can catch unprepared teams off guard, and she has ways to counter their weaknesses.
Whimsicott: Light Screen, Tailwind, Energy Ball, Moonblast (Focus Sash)
Granbull: Play Rough, Fire Punch, Ice Punch, Stomping Tantrum (Expert Belt)
Primarina: Hyper Voice, Moonblast, Ice Beam, Shadow Ball (Throat Spray)
Galarian Slowbro: Shell Side Arm, Psychic, Flamethrower, Ice Beam (Sitrus Berry)
Alcremie: Decorate, Recover, Giga Drain, Alluring Voice (Leftovers)
Excadrill: Tera Blast, Iron Head, Rock Tomb, High Horsepower (Assault Vest)

Back in the first part of the Indigo Disk when Lacey used a Plusle and Minun on her team, and I recommended that you have a Ground-type ready, I didn't know her Plusle had Grass Knot, because I was not looking up on what moves her Pokémon knew, and I didn't want to be spoiled on some of the later fights, and it doesn't even help that your Champion fight with Kieran happens in the exact place you take on Lacey when you first arrive at Blueberry Academy, the story does progress if you lose to Lacey when you first arrive.
Her lead is Whimsicott and Granbull, her Whimsicott has Light Screen and Tailwind, and it has a Focus Sash to make sure one of them is active, and her Granbull can hit very hard, it knows Stomping Tantrum to counter Poison and Steel-type Pokémon and it has an Expert Belt to increase its power further. Primarina has a Throat Spray to boost its Special Attack after using Hyper Voice, and it does have Liquid Voice for its Ability to make Hyper Voice a Water-type move, and Primarina does have some hard hitting moves like Moonblast, Ice Beam, and Shadow Ball. Galarian Slowbro is one of Lacey's two Pokémon that is not a Fairy-type Pokémon, it has Quick Draw to strike first 30% of the time, and from what I checked, when a Pokémon with Quick Draw has a Quick Claw attached, it becomes a 44% chance to activate. It has Flamethrower, Shell Side Arm, and Psychic for some attacks. Alcremie is her supporter, it knows Decorate, which can make any of Lacey's team more powerful than ever, and when combined with Primarina's Throat Spray and Slowbro's Quick Draw, this is what makes Lacey one of the more challenging opponents in the game, and her final Pokémon is Excadrill, which becomes even more harder to stop if it is boosted by Alcremie's Decorate. Alcremie has Alluring Voice, which will confuse the target if they have boosted one of their stats on that turn, and for Excadrill, Lacey will Terastallize it to a Fairy Tera Type, and as Excadrill's base typing is Ground/Steel, it can easily counter any Poison or Steel-type you try to use to take advantage of its Tera Type, and Excadrill does have good Speed to put that to use. It has Tera Blast, which is a Fairy-type move when Terastallized, and all of Excadrill's moves are single target moves like High Horsepower and Rock Tomb, if Excadrill had Rock Slide in that battle, then it would be even harder to deal with.
After the battle, Lacey gives you the White Blueberry Case, and on your third interaction, she will trade you a Snubbull for any of your Pokémon. The Snubbull has an Adamant Nature, which is the best to have on it, and it has the Partner Ribbon, giving it the title "Lacey's Snubbull", and it is in a Nest Ball. It comes with Ice Fang and Fire Fang, as well as Bite and Lick, Snubbull does learn a good amount of TM moves like the Elemental Punches, Stomping Tantrum, Earthquake, Close Combat, and many others, while there isn't really much special about it, at least the Snubbull does come with the best nature you can have on it and two coverage moves.
