Quake 4 (Xbox 360) Gameplay -No Commentary-
Quake 4 was an Xbox 360 launch game that, running on the idTech4 engine was a beautiful showing of what the system could do at launch. The game doesn't run perfectly, but it looks beautiful at the higher resolutions. Coming in as a launch title, it had some stiff FPS competition in Perfect Dark Zero, and Call of Duty 2, and I still think it fares better in the single player campaign. Perhaps I'm biased, because I loved this game when I bought it on the PC back in the day, and still love it.
I only recently acquired the Xbox 360 version of Quake 4. I mostly bought it for the awesome Quake II remaster that came with it, but I also still really enjoy Quake 4's single player campaign. I've never played the 360 version's online multiplayer, but if I want to get unmercifully pwned in Quake 4 online, that's what the PC version is for.
Great lauch title here. idTech4 is still a beautiful engine in my book, and it came with a free remaster of Quake II. What more could you want?
