It has been over a decade since I played through Bioshock 2, so I don't fully remember much about it. I know it wasn't as well received as the orignal, and it did add online multiplayer. The thing I remember the most about playing through it is, I remember thinking it felt a lot shorter than the original. This could have something to do the devs splitting assets to create an online mode, thus taking precious time a resources away from developing the story mode into a longer experience.

I have never played this game online, so I cannot comment on how it's online play was, however, I do remember really enjoying this game. Going back through old user reviews on gamefaqs, a big complaint about the game was that it was more of the same, and it lacked the newness of concept the original had.

I do remember liking this game, I don't remember if I liked it as much as the original. What are your thoughts on Bioshock 2? Was it a good sequel or a bad sequel? Does it get unfairly panned, or was it a disappointment to you?
