This was one of the most anticipated battles in the challenge, and it did meet the expectations for difficulty.

Viola fights with 2 Auto Defenders which are positioned in the back. They can't be moved (you can launch them, though), and their chip magical damage really stacks, especially if they attack the same character Viola combos on one of her turns. We also want the item Viola is holding (we might not need it, but it sells for a lot of cash - it's the ring that gives +60 max MP). So we want to dispose of the Auto Defenders first.

Auto Defenders, not unlike their name suggests, have some stellar defences (both physical and magical), and at our levels it's astonishing how everybody fails to damage these things for any respectable damage, excepting Stocke's Dead Fencer (even though it doesn't even 2HKO unless you stack Power Rise, Air Assault and maybe even Armor Break from Raynie). In this challenge, almost every battle demands that we grind up our mana bursts, but this one is just impossible without charging them to the maximum, not only for Stocke but for everybody else as well.

Stocke is equipped for maximum physical attack, because in this challenge he's all about hitting things with Dead Fencer that nobody else can really penetrate. The girls are equipped for defence, poison protection (Stocke is unprotected, but an Anti-Poison should keep him alive if needed) and some magic (just in case they combo with Stocke's physicals, but that's unlikely seeing how Viola's offence demands constant healing and protection).

Eruca is the character #1 in this battle. With Trans-Turn (which Marco has also learnt by now), she can ditto any other character on the field, but we probably want her to keep renewing Divine Light.

Viola's combos really are a horrible thing indeed and since our levels are seriously lagging behind the normal ones (we're approaching endgame), she will often double-turn the party. Since this may well mean death, Eruca and Raynie have Turn Breaks prepared to prevent some of the troublesome situations that we may easily find ourselves in (but not all). I got really lucky at many points of the video, with some characters surviving at 10HP and whatnot. Then again, I didn't use Divine Light every turn, because there's all kind of other support Eruca needs to run if we want to keep damage going.

Stocke can OHKO one of the Auto-Defenders with the maximum offensive setup/combination we can afford, and the second one we have to fight the long way, with Power Wave attacks for ~100 damage. Viola's Divine Protection negates 5 attacks (and she renews it all the time until she's low on health, when she just starts spamming Frigid Blade for heavy MT damage, doubling and obliterating the party), so the best way to deal damage to her through poison (when we get the first turn that we don't spend helping Stocke kill the first defender or struggling to survive, we should poison her). Her protection can be broken, but we don't really want to do that until we've got her steal and Stocke's mana gauge is once again filled.

This is a pretty intense battle and while the execution could've been precise (like counting how many hits each character with Divine Light status received), I mostly relied on my reflexes and the planning I had in mind and just did the battle as fast as I could.

A hard one indeed.

Raynie isn't really the best third character but we want her to learn G-Fire ASAP (she's forced in a battle shortly, and there's another spider coming up after that). She has a lot to do in this battle anyway - healing with items, breaking defence, poisoning without having to use an item... mostly just healing, though. Other characters would perform better though... Gafka could help Stocke with attacking, Aht could help Stocke with attacking even better by giving him Lucky Breath, and then help with stealing/setting up combo and breaking Divine Protection with Dancing Dagger. Marco could grapple Viola, support with buffs, etc. Rosch isn't useful in this challenge at all. He's still, like, level 10 before the battle ends.
