There are visual changes for a few different characters between Kingsglaive and Final Fantasy XX. Ardyn Izunia, King Regis, Lunafreya Nox Fleuret and Iedolas Aldercapt all come to mind. But compared to Ravus Nox Fleuret their visual changes are somewhat minor.
