Provisioner swaps and Devoured Loop - what is this, a crossover episode?

Thanks to @JustgillianZZzz for the Blackmaw build request - while I could have gone with the old GSHU devloop build (https://youtu.be/cs_OTMuxwMc), I thought I'd try something a little different. While the large mag full autos can pretty reliably proc the devloop skill reset before reloading, the Blackmaw tends to run dry before then, so we can slap on Provisioner to shave off a little reload time with some swaps instead. Pairing this with the MP60-R, we're making the most out of their relatively high full auto DPS.

Also shout out to @yeetsmemario6839 for the big brain tech black hole tech - hugging the doorway means you'll avoid the huge pull at the start of that phase!

Archetypes:

- Gunslinger Prime for the instant reloads, with Bulletstorm which we'll be running back-to-back with Devloop.

- Hunter with Hunter's Mark for the juicy crits - Hunter's Focus would give you better gains if the fight allows for a lot of ADS-time with few breaks.

Weapons & Mods:

- The Blackmaw has one of the higher mag DPS of the full autos, matching the Bonesaw's burst, but with its smaller mag instead of overheat management keeping it in check. Provisioner, Gunslinger Prime, and our Ammo Mods will take care of that though. Momentum is our mutator, as usual, though this time we're going with Overflow for faster firerate - we're going to need Corrosive Shot on our SMG to balance their crit rates and avoid going too high.

- The MP60-R has exceptional burst DPS, matching that of some long guns, so it's a prime candidate for hotswapping. Deadly Calm is a nice second choice since Momentum is taken, giving us a nice ranged damage and crit bonus - meanwhile Corrosive Shot helps keep our crit rate up.

Trinkets:

- Nightweaver's Grudge will take our Blackmaw to 95% crit chance and our SMG to 90% crit chance - that's plenty for Devoured Loop to proc regularly. Probability Cord is the only other crit ring we'll need.

- Zania's Malice, standard weakspot gear.

- Provisioner Ring for those beautiful reloads on our stowed weapon.

Traits:

- Swiftness & Footwork for that ADS movement speed will let us avoid attacks like Sha'Hala's purple orbs with simple strafing while shooting.

- Amplitude buffs the proc range of Nightweaver's Grudge, meaning we'll have it procced wherever we are in the arena.

- Handling to keep that full auto spread tight.

- Spirit to keep our ammo mods up as much as possible.

Consumables:

- Didn't run any this time, but Shaedberry (for the ammo mods), Chilled Steam (for faster movement) or Tranquility Font (better handling) would work well.

Relic:

- Take your pick of relic, nothing specific required.

- Crit Chance, Firerate, and Crit Damage for our fragments.

Armour:

- It's a free country.

Playstyle:

- Activate your skills and one of your elemental mods asap to proc Nightweaver's Grudge. From then on, you may have to go a little freestyle with using either Bulletstorm (if devloop has procced) or an ammo mod, or swapping to avoid having to reload. If you absolutely have to reload, try and reload your Blackmaw instead of the MP60, as it's a little faster.
