"Welcome to Requiem. First map out of thirty, and as expected, a nice steady ride.
Your objective is to travel through the small technology base, where the demons have used metal-like architecture and slayed [sic] human corpses together.
Find the exit just outside the base, and prepare for mission 2."

The first custom megawad I have decided to play (my randomizer decided I would play), is Requiem! Which I think is a great choice. It came out only a year after Final Doom, and is one of the most historically significant of that era. The difficulty I am expecting to be between Evilution and Plutonia, although I have heard some of the later levels get pretty tough (for possibly the wrong reasons). I have always wanted to play Requiem, and I am going into this completely blind besides listening to the awesome soundtrack many times.

About what I would expect from a map 01. Possibly the easiest thing I've ever played. I know Requiem has a pretty distinctive set of custom textures, and I did not see much of them here, so I am a little disappointed, but maybe that will be like a slow release thing. The map is still very sleek visually. Some strong texturing work even with stock. I have high hopes for this.
