Here's a different mod! Roblox has been around since 2006, but has massively gained traction in the last few years. A so-called metaverse, populated by "Experiences" created by end-users (often monetised), this game (more like an engine) has thousands of Experiences (games/game types) within it. A small number of them attempted to turn it into a rally game!
There are a number of rally/WRC Experiences within Roblox, but I'm looking at here what seems to be the most popular, WRC ROBLOX Rally. Containing 8 stages (Monte Carlo, Mountain, Finland, Finland Snow, Old Map, Sweden, Monza and Estonia) it's a mixed bag (the Monza stage is actually pretty accurate, given the limitations of the engine!).
Car-wise, it's obvious these have been imported/lifted from elsewhere (either asset libraries or ripped from another game), the game includes 11 cars, ranging from Group B era to up-to-date WRC machines. Obviously none of this is particularly licensed officially :-D
Handling is very hard on keys, but a bit easier on joypad, though the cars seem to slide left-and-right a bit easily. Track object collision is mixed (some you can drive through trees, on others, tiny road signs stop you dead!). Direction notices often appear a bit too late, and you can fall out of the world in many places!
Overall there's not much to do here except try to set a fast time and maybe race a friend. It's not a hugely populated Experience, and many of the other ones are even less so (with less content). Worth a go though, as it's free!
