Dark License to Kill Fast Animation (DLTK FA) is a step above DLTK in difficulty. As in regular DLTK, you maximize the enemy statistics in 007 mode:

Enemy health: 1000%
Enemy damage: 1000%
Enemy accuracy: 100%
Enemy reaction speed: 100%

In addition, you turn on the Fast Animation cheat. This cheat makes enemies move at several times their usual speed. Under these conditions, the game is much harder than in regular DLTK, and some levels seem nearly impossible.

The first four guards are easy to kill with grenades. On the runway itself, there are six guards. The one closest to the plane will not respawn if you kill him, but all the others will--and fast. Once the spawn guards start hunting you down, it's pretty much impossible to survive for long. So, I use a few strategies to reduce the amount of time between activating the spawn guards and finishing the level. First, I lure two guards to the inside of the big building. It takes a bit of luck to get them to cooperate, but by trapping them in the building, I can neutralize them without killing them. Because I haven't killed them, the spawn guards will not appear yet. My second strategy is to destroy as many targets as possible before the remaining guards are alerted. Trapping the first two guards allows me to drive the tank quite far down the runway without being spotted. From there, I destroy all but one target. I also try to kill the guard near the plane. With all this preparation done, I kill the remaining guards, blow up the last target, and make a dash for the plane. The guard near the plane survived the tank shots in this run, but I simply ran him over.

After completing this run, I watched MouserScribe's run, in which he destroys the left-hand missile battery before activating the spawn guards:

Combining his strategy with mine, it would be possible to destroy every target before activating the spawn guards. This might make the level slightly easier to complete.
