A very rough comparison of input lag using a Brook PS3/PS4 to Dreamcast Super Converter with a Hori Real Arcade Pro. V arcade stick, vs a stock Dreamcast pad, in the Dreamcast Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike: if you pause the video and frame-by-frame it ("." key on a PC keyboard), you can count the frames that go by between the button being fully pressed, and Ryu starting to do his light punch animation.

Super Converter light punches are first; DC pad punches start at 0:10. It's a very rough test obviously, but I count an average of about 5 frames for both the Super Converter via HRAPV, and the DC pad, which means that the Super Converter does not add any frames of lag on my set-up.

Recording: Dreamcast, Kuro VGA box (in RGB mode--3rd strike in 240p mode) low-latency monitor, 60fps LG G2 cell phone video, Hori Real Arcade Pro V arcade stick, Brook PS3/PS4 to Dreamcast Super Converter, DC pad
