From the first to the final Sega Flash demo which came out in 1998 and uses the second front end design, which was used from late 1996 onwards. This one includes playable demos of World League Soccer, Sega Touring Car Championship and Steep Slope Sliders. A watch mode of Burning Rangers gameplay, the opening attract intros from Panzer Dragoon Saga and Enemy Zero and gameplay videos of Shining Force III, The House of the Dead, Winter Heat, Sonic R & NBA Action '98.

As with the first demo this 3D presentation and design was used in all regions for various demo CDs. In Japan it was used for the later Flash Sega Saturn Volumes. In Europe Sega Flash Vol.3 was the first to use it. The demos are a mixed of optimised PAL code and raw NTSC code in places. Unlike the first Sega Flash volume, this one has had the menus optimised for PAL. The music is fantastic for this demo so smooth and calming and we think it was composed by one of the music team on Nights into dreams made up of Naofumi Hataya, Tomoko Sasaki and Fumie Kumatani. As it sounds very similar to one of the tracks in game.

Sega Flash Vol.7 was included on issue 32 of Sega Saturn Magazine in the UK.

This footage was in part captured for a couple of other videos, but for our viewers who want a raw look at the demo CD here you go with gameplay from all included games. Note we've had to do some clever editing to hide all the resolution changes as this demo swaps resolution between most of the menu screens. This one swaps resolutions on pressing start on the title screen and managed to crash our capture set up a couple of times.

Footage is captured directly from original hardware in this case a modded PAL Sega Saturn console, via RGB Scart captured via Elgato Game Capture HD60 Pro using a open source scan converter (OSSC). Upscaled to 4K to improve the video bit rate.
