Story: As Dai returns to Granseal, he finds soldiers killed in Lemon's wake as he made his way to Granseal Castle. Not necessarily making haste to the castle, Dai stocks up on items and finds a lonely tortoise... thing... with a spiked helmet, which he names "Spike." Arriving at the castle, Dai finds that Lemon, too, is unsure of King Galam's intentions by starting a war with Granseal. Lemon and Astral go to the Ancient Tower. Escorting King Granseal and the Minister, you, too, go to the tower. Lemon is reassured of Astral's statement before, that Galam is possessed by a devil, as he is downed outside the tower, a black cloud having enveloped him. In the depths of the castle, Dai enters amidst a conflict between Galam--who has Princess Elis as a hostage--and Astral.
