In Sierra Leone, the country's armed forces are beginning to benefit from the years of support from the British and other soldiers who have been training them.

The International Military Advisory and Training Team, IMATT, has been there for more than a decade.

And though life in the country is still difficult, it's Armed Forces are making progress.
